We spent a wonderful evening last week (June 2011-Tuscany Tours Group) learning, sharing, and enjoying your family. The entire evening was the highlight of our visit to Italy. We're home from Italy and already miss it. As wonderful and beautiful as Italy was our visit with you was the highlight of our trip. You made us feel so welcome, thank you.
Although I don't cook on a regular basis you made me feel like I can actually do this and am looking forward to making all of the things you made with us.
Our son and daughter-in-law loved the cookbook, Lacey loves the stories and they are both anxious to eat their way through all the recipes.
Please let me know when you're in NY...I'd love to see you again and of course we will visit again on our
next trip to Italy.

We are home in NJ and we wanted to send you an email to let you know how special our day with you was. We knew it would be great, but it far exceeded our expectations-of course the food was incredible (the best we had the entire trip), but the way you welcomed each one of us into your home and made us feel like a part of your family was truly remarkable. It is hard to put into words, but our day at Mamma Agata was not only one of the best of our trip to Italy but one of the best days of our life. We feel extremely fortunate to have been able to spend the day with you and your family in your home getting a glimpse of true Italian cooking and family life.
