I was in your class Oct 15th with Beverly Gruber's Cooking in Paradise group, and what an experience it was for me. I will never forget your warmth, hospitality, great instruction (I managed the perfect crepe flip!), and fresh, fabulous food; it's inspired me to raise the level of my cooking, and I will be back again. I was there on October 1st as part of Beverly Gruber's Cooking in Paradise Tour. What an amazing sensory experience I had. The food, the atmosphere, the hands on and attention to detail were not to be believed. You both are truly gems. Unfortunatley, I have been spoiled now, by the fresh local ingredients I can only hope one day to find here at my home. Looking forward to your cookbook, the only way to bring you both home with me! Brilliant! Chiara and Mamma, you made us feel as if we were part of the family. After a three week vacation that brought us to Rome, Florence, Venice, Cinque Terre and the Amalfi Coast, our cooking class with you was the highlight.
Thank you so much for your hospitality. When we return to Italy, we will definitely be back... who knows, maybe you'll be catering our wedding! XOXO.
