Mamma Agata, Chiara and their entire family were as delicious as the meals that they demonstrated and served us .
The course was amazing, simple, enjoyable and entertaining. It is Italy at it's finest and you should not travel there without visiting Mamma Agata and getting a big hug from her. The views were spectacular and the hospitality was at it's finest. We felt as though we were part of the Mamma Agata family and the experience will always be incredibly memorable.

My Dear Chiara..I am taking this opportunity to express my heartfelt feelings of love and gratitutde to you, Momma and Gennaro. In Oct.2008, Stan and I reserved 2 spaces at Momma Agata's Cooking School. We had no idea what to expect. We were excited and couldn't wait for the day to arrive to "go to school"; Italian style. MOMMA MIA...talk about exceeding every expectation. The cooking lessons were spectacular, We came away feeling "Italian" and thought maybe we were related somehow. Of course we know we are not realted but the point I am making here is that you made us feel welcome as if we were a part of your family. We continue to "WOW" our family and friends by making the recipes we learned at school that day. With your help, we have become chef's in our own right; or at least we think we are especially when we don our MOMMA AGATA aprons. You might improve your services by making a BIGGER cake, serving more food, pouring more wine and limoncello and talking less (LOL)........ (just kidding!). I wouldn't change a thing! I cannot wait to return someday. I am privelged to have had the opportunity to go to Ravello and a spend a day at your house. Jackie Onassis, Pierce Brosnan and ME! WOW...I am BLESSED! Can't wait for the cookbook.

We spent several weeks on the Amalfi Coast and our trip was highlighted by a wonderful cooking class with Mama. It was more of an experience than a class where we made new friends and brought home wonderful memories and recipies. The view of the Coast from Mama's garden is absolutely beautiful. We will be back to Ravello and look forward to seeing you in the States.
