Hello Chiara, My husband and I along with our friends Paul and Gale Sequiera had a wonderful day with you on September 25,2009. we have great pictures that Gale took. we will send them to you. We have made the recipes Mama cooked that day, and we did pretty good....but nothing like being at your beautiful home with such great people. It was an experience we will never forget and the highlight of our trip. I'm the lady that had freckles just like you!!!! Doug and I have such wonderful memories of our two week Italian adventure, but the best memory comes from our day with you back in early September. Oh, my goodness, what a day it was! The setting was spectacular, especially your charming dining garden, looking out over the sea, the food was absolutely delicious, so fresh and beautifully seasoned, and I think our group was so compatible and fun to be with. Trying to settle on the best part, Doug and I agreed it was being in a real Italian home, not just another hotel, getting to know a real and wonderful Italian family, not just another hotel clerk. We loved meeting your beautiful children and your new puppy! It made us realize that, even with different languages, customs, and food, close, loving families are the same the world over!!! I’m now in the process of planning my Italian dinner party, featuring the cuisine of Mama and Chiara. Pray for me to succeed!!
When your cookbook is printed, please consider a trip to the United States for book signings across our country. We would love to host you in Atlanta, introducing you to our travel loving and food loving friends, and, of course, we would want you to stay with us.
We can never stay away from Italy for very long, so, hopefully, we will be back before too long and can enjoy another memorable day at Mama Agata’s Country House.

Hi Chiara,
My apologies for not writing to you sooner. Thank you so much for notifying us of the check's arrival.
We had a most unbelievable time at the cooking class. We learned SOOOO much and enjoyed every minute! You and your mother are incredible people with a very special gift. What an amazing life to be able to spend time with your family, all while getting to cook and overlook the beautiful Amalfi Coast, meeting so many new people along the way. I think the saying "it doesn't get much better than this" aptly applies.
We thoroughly enjoyed our time with you and your family. If you are ever in Jacksonville, please do not hesitate to contact us. We hope you enjoy the pictures.
