We spent one of the best afternoons EVER with Mama and Chiara and family! The setting is magnificent. The food is out of this world-heaven ! However, the most unique and special quality is the immediate feeling of warth and joy. When you walk in you are greeted like family returning home for the holidays....and it only gets better. I would move to Ravello today and sleep in the lemons if possible. Thank you, thank you, grazie!

Dear Mamma and Chiara,
We have been home for two weeks, and of all the experiences we had in Italy the day spent in your kitchen is our favorite! I have just ordered another cookbook for my daughter in law, Sarah, who had to miss the day and regrets it! Upon return to our villa in Amalfi, we were excited to try some of the recipes we learned with you. We will never forget you and hope we can see you in the US soon!

Our day with Mamma Agata was one of the truly unexpected hjighlights of our honeymoon on the Amalfi Coast! We were incredibly lucky to find space at late notice so we knew it was meant to be. Chiara Lima and Mamma Agata were so personable and welcoming, we were really part of their family for the day. The menu was fantastic and we learned lots of good tips for the kitchen. If it's true that our sense of smell is most closely linked to memory, then we'll be visiting Mamma Agata's kitchen every time we make her recipes!

What a wonderful time my Husband Paul, Sister Elizabeth, and Brother-in-law Andy had on our visit to Mamma Agata's cooking class.
Chiara is probably the warmest, most personable hostess one could ask for and Mamma is the best cook that you could imagine. We felt immediately at home (I would move in with them in an instant.) I have never felt so welcome in such a short space of time.
Be assured that you will never dupicate the setting--just look at the photos of the wonderful terrace and you will see what I mean.
We were on a sixteen day whirlwind cruise that included five different countries with fifteen ports of call.
This day in Ravallo was everyone's favorite--hands down!!
Don't miss this once-in-a-lifetime experience.
I am busy trying to make sure that it becomes an annual event--it's that great!
The lemon cake alone is worth the trip to Italy.

Dear Chiara,
Bryan and I will never forget the authentic and amazing experience you provided us during our day at your villa. Your home was truly characteristic of traditional Italian warmth, love and outstanding cooking. Of our 10 days spent throughout the Amalfi Coast, the hours we spent preparing food in your kitchen and dining on your charming terrace was the absolute highlight of our entire vacation. I can't stop raving about the experience to my family and friends. Truly an unforgettable day. Your mom is a gem. I could not get enough of her. I have read the cookbook from the front and the back and in no time there will be reminisces of my kitchen spattered on it--in other words, it will come in great use.
