Busy over the winter (misnamed) "off-season" for Ravello& the Coast, Mamma Agata has also been jotting down her recipes for posterity – actually for a contemporary cook-book. (Daughter Chiara has been dutifully transcribing her pencilled, splattered bits of paper on ‘MS-Word’on a PC invading her space on the kitchen table.)

Work in progress is "episodic" (between the cooking), but advancing apace towards the target publication later in the year, 2006. We’ll keep you posted.
