Dear Mamma Agata, Chiara, Gennaro and Salvatore, We have just returned from our honeymoon and wanted to thank you all again for the wonderful wedding reception on 20th June. Everything was perfect - the food was delicious and enjoyed by everybody. We were so pleased with the food made for our coeliac guest, as all too often people with dietary requirements seem to miss out. Siobhan was extremely grateful, as was our vegetarian guest. The table looked beautiful and elegant, it was exactly how we would have wanted it! Thank you also for the kind gift, which we will treasure for many years to come. We can't imagine finding a more perfect place to celebrate our wedding than Mamma Agata's. With the beautiful views and the personal touch you all provided, everyone had a wonderful day to remember. Hi Chiara- Dave and I had such a wonderful time at your home with you, mamma and the rest of the class. It was the highlight of our trip! We told all of our friends about it. We already made the lemon chicken and sausage with peppers and I make mamma's tomato sauce at least once per week. It was wonderful!!! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!! I can't say enough about how much we enjoyed the class. We really feel like part of your family...and you are now part of ours! We miss Italy, and especially our friends in Ravello, very much. Chiara, Joe and I want to thank you for such a wonderful evening of wine tasting and an amazing dinner. Being on our honeymoon for two weeks, this was certainly a romantic evening with a touch of home. As we think about what our favorite spot was, or our favorite event over the two weeks, we keep coming back to our wine tasting and dinner at Mama Agata's! It was a very special night. Thank you!

Dear Chiara, Just wanted to say a HUGE thank you for our beautiful wedding day lunch that we had on the 10th May 2008! It was simply amazing - delicious food, amazing view, the table layout looked fantastic, and the service provided by yourself and everyone involved was outstanding. Our only regret was that we couldn't eat all the food, our stomaches werent big enough! Most of us are still dreaming of Mamma's meatballs and her delicious Lemon Cake. We promise to return in the future for dinner or even Mamma's famous cooking class. Thank you again for making our weddind day so special - we will remember you forever! Lot of Love, Annie & Ash x

Dear Chiara, Thank you for the wonderful experience of cooking with you and Mamma Agata. My family and I had a wonderful time. I enjoyed the charm and hospitality you have shown to us. I enjoyed the excellent demonstration given with style and grace. I loved your mother's strong loving attitude which keep you in sink with what to explain next! When you are on Bravo the show will be a hit. It all works so well. The setting of your beautiful home and garden on the hill really makes us feel as cooking was intended to be. Fresh, fresh, fresh! The produce was so delicious as the love it took to grow it shows. We have some wonderful photos to remember this beautiful day. I have used the very first recipe today. It is my second day back to the states and I have proudly made Pasta con peperoni e salsicca! It turned out very tasty. I have discovered the size of the pan is important! Also, that electric stove can be misleading at times. In my next home I will install a gas stove. I plan to have a party and invite my friends to enjoy the Italian food that my grandmother has cooked for me in my past but was not able to teach me to cook as Mamma Agata has. I hope to prepare the Envoltini di melanzane and pastella,Mamma Agata's Coccoli, Spaghetti del contadino, and Pollo al limone for my friends. Of coarse also, the Lemonchello! I think I will try them at home first to work out the details. I am sure with Nicolette's help we will do the job well. Patrick really enjoyed his lunch that we had prepared. Thank you for making him feel so comfortable to change his mind to not cook and while waiting for the cooking class. The new friends we have made also adds to our memories. We only wish we could have your wine available in the United States. It is so light and easy to drink. Please let me know when the cookbook will be available and when the Bravo show will be on TV.
