An unforgettable day at a special hidden treasure....
We traveled with 9 of our friends to the Amalfi Coast and spent a day with Mama and Chiara learning how to cook the Mama Agata way. From the moment we walked through the door and had our first bite of the lemon cake, we knew the smells and tastes we would experience would be fabulous! The food we ate was an explosion of flavor and color, the view from the terrace breathtaking and the walk through the garden delightful. We purchased a cookbook and have since been cooking together at home the Mama Agata way. Thank you for your hospitality, the lesson in cooking and the time spent with you. It was a memorable day!

My husband and I attended Mamma Agata's cooking class last month and it was amazing! My husband doesn't like to cook but he loves to eat and said it was the highlight of our two week trip to Italy.
Mamma Agata is a doll. She's so personable and so very talented. She makes it all look so easy.
If you get to the Amalfi Coast, I would hightly recommend a day at Mamma Agata's.

Thank you Mamma Agata, Chiara, Gennario and everyone for the most fantastic experience! I will never forget that magical day cooking in Mamma's kitchen together and enjoying the fantastic meal on her terrace overlooking the Amalfi Coast. That scene is imprinted in my memory. I have already cooked several of the dishes for friends and they said it was the best meal they had in a long time. But, I know it isn't quite as good as Mamma's. I definitely will return with my husband and friends. Till then I will cook and remember the terrace.

Hi Chiara (and Mama too)
I just wanted to say that my visit to Mama Agata's last week was one of the highlights of my visit to Italy! Thank you for sharing your kitchen with me! The cooking was fantastic - it was great to get so many tips on cooking in an authentic Italian way! I couldn't wait to get home and try some recipes. I made the pappardelle with peppers and sausage on Saturday night. And although it was fantastic it definitely was not as good as Mama's.

My wife Jacynta and our kids Ruby, Matt and Rani had an absolute fantastic day and experience. The atmosphere, surroundings and overall experience with the Mamma Agata family is one we will always remember.
