Hello Chiara, Sorry it has been so long since we were last in touch. Hope you and your family had a happy christmas and new year. My wife and i would again just like to say thank you for the most wonderful time in september when we became husband and wife. You always answered every email promptly and always offered great advice and suggestions. Due to this we never doubted for one moment that we had chosen the best place in the world to get married and have the reception at your family home and have the great Mamma Agata cook for us. Thank you for all the hard work and little touches you made to make the reception so special. Our friends and family still comment on the best wedding reception that they have ever been to. We will forever be in debt to you for creating such wonderful memories that we will never forget. As promised we will be sending you copies of the music which we played at the reception. We will also be purchasing the Mamma Agata cookbook and Apron. When we do, would it be possible to have the cookbook signed by Mamma and yourself? Ciao Craig and Aimee Murray

We are just planning our cruise in The Med and planning out Post Cruise time in Italy. Finding your site was fabulous. We are planning to see the Amalfi Coast and just trying to figure out how to fit in everything we want to see. We hope to see you in the fall of 2010.

Just a quick hello. I am Darci Bruce's mom (her reception was held in April of 2008 and it was just a majical evening. One I shall never forget!! She just phoned to tell me my birthday present would be on the way soon---a cookbook from Mamma Agata! I am so very excited and can't wait to receive it, although I would rather be coming to you to get it! Again, thank you for the special day you provided our daughter.

George and I had the loveliest, most romantic wedding ever! The food, service and view were immpecable! The only thng I would have done differently was have a 5 minute break before walking down the aisle to refresh the makeup/hair. Chiara, evrything was relly just perfect, including the full moon shining over the water. Thank you for making our day so very special! Give Mamma a big hug! Love, Terry and George

Chiara and Mamma Agata -- Thank you! I so enjoyed BOTH the cooking classes I took (basic and fish). And... The cookbook is magnificent. It is gorgeous and full of love (and amazing recipes...of course)! My family loves it and I am so happy that there are so many vegetarian recipes for my sister. You and your family ARE treasures and I am sure it will not be 'hidden' for much longer! The woman, the family, the recipes and Mamma Agata's cooking 'secrets' are the real deal. 'Simple and Genuine' is not just lip service; these recipes are truly fab!!! I have made most of the recipes and they are true to the pictures and instructions. As long as you use fresh, gorgeous ingredients, you will create dishes that will transport people to Italy. So far, all of my friends who saw the book, bought one (or many), honestly. I do hope Amazon adds some pics of the inside of the book. The pictures are so beautiful and the little instructional pictures are terrific. I have never enjoyed (or endorsed) a cookbook like this, but all of this is from my heart. All the best -- Stephanie
