| Gennaro
is 41 years old, with a career in as a building engineer
in the lovely community of Ravello. However, since he
was young he always had a driving passion... "good
food and the combination of great wine".
Through that passion he
is now a member of the Italian order of the sommelier
and his wine cellar holds more than 100 different wines,
but focuses on wine of the Campania region.
He is also a wonderful
chef especially for fish which he cooks with the same
passion he has for the wine!!
We can assure you that
either through a dinner with fish or a wine tasting
with Gennaro, he will be able to pass on to you his
passion for the good food, good wine and, last but not
least, the wonderful grappa, which he also creates and
recommends! In addition to the famous southern Italian
limoncello, there are interesting homemade liquors to
taste, made from tangerine, apricot and fennel.
An experience with him
