A day with
Mamma Agata is a unique
opportunity.
Pick your vegetables from her kitchen garden,
learn how to make your own Limoncello, savour
a delicious meal, and listen to Mamma’s
stories about cooking for celebrities.
Traditional
dishes with regional ingredients replaced
formal ones and Mamma Agata always remembered
her guests’ favourites.

Staff
Chiara is the Director of Mamma
Agata's farmhouse. She coordinates the course
and will be sure to organize everything
before your arrival. An additional interpreter
is also on board for the course, who will
translate during the cooking class and help
to serve the lunch as well. Chiara has 20
years of experience in the hotel industry.
Gennaro will be your sommelier
for the event. He will demonstrate and explain
the nuances of traditional types of wine
from the Amalfi region, as well as dessert
wines and grappas.
Salvatore is in charge of the grounds
of the farmhouse. His experience of 40 years
in the hotel business as the Maitre d'hotel
has enabled him to acquire all of the general
knowledge that now is put at the disposal
of the guests at Mamma Agata's farmhouse
during the events.
