your hosts have researched and recreated for you a rich dining experience based
on dishes served by the home cooks of Campania.
In an effort to save these traditions from extinction and introduce them to the
discerning diner, hosts Chiara and Gennaro have designed an evening of tastes and
traditions that you will not experience anywhere else.
But as important as the quality of food is, it is the pride and love with which
the food is presented that make it such a memorable evening. Nothing is overlooked
